What counts as a 'location'?

One physical store. A chain of 3 stores = 3 subscriptions. Each store has its own schedule, employees, and data.

Can I switch plans mid-month?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades kick in at the next billing cycle. You won't lose data.

What happens when I hit the 15-employee limit on The Scuttle?

The app will politely stop you from adding employee #16 and suggest an upgrade. Your existing team and schedules stay intact.

Is there a contract?

Monthly, no lock-in. Cancel any time. We'd rather earn your subscription every month than trap you into one.

Do employees pay?

No. The mobile app is free for employees on any plan. You pay once per location — your whole team gets access.

What's the difference between clock-in modes on Full Sprint?

Geofenced = your phone knows you're at the store and prompts you to clock in. Biometric = fingerprint or Face ID instead of a password. Both need the Full Sprint plan and a native app build (not Expo Go).
